I am a tutor who loves international relations, is passionate about women's rights, and can help students with a variety of subjects. I specialize in tutoring in English composition, but I'm able to assist students in reading, writing, literature, history, religious studies, U.S. government & politics, and more. I'm also available to tutor in French, Arabic, and ESL. I am great at SAT test prep. I was an honors student at UC Riverside studying International Affairs and Middle Eastern Studies. I'm currently working towards three degrees, one in World Culture, one in Middle Eastern Studies, and another in Political Science from UCLA. I founded the Middle Eastern Student Center at my school, have had my writing published, and have spoken at international women's rights conferences. I am very passionate about what I study. As a tutor I bring the philosophy that learning is about more than just the facts. I believe that having a well rounded understanding of a subject is important. When I'm not doing coursework or studying I am doing calligraphy, listening to music, or eating foreign foods. I also do martial arts professionally.
